Liz Carrara, MS, RDN, CEDRD is a New Jersey based registered dietitian and the founder of Liz Carrara Nutrition. She offers nutrition and wellness counseling to individuals, and specializes in eating disorder treatment. To help her clients achieve improved health and overall well-being, Liz implements evidence-based counseling techniques to best foster motivation and sustainable behavior change. Liz graduated from the University of Vermont with a master’s degree in dietetics and completed her dietetic internship through UVM in Burlington, Vermont. She is a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
